Charlie Sheen Gets Booted from Southern California Bar After 'Argument' with Musician

Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen got booted from a Dana Point, California, bar on Saturday night after getting into an "argument" with a musician.

"Charlie Sheen came in with some friends after a day of fishing and was a perfect guest, taking pictures with everyone," Hennessey's Tavern owner Paul Hennessey tells PEOPLE. "But then later that night this other Charlie came in and that Charlie got into an argument with someone in the band."

The incident, first reported by Radar, quickly escalated, and a bouncer was called in to defuse the situation.




"From what I gather people were taking his picture," Hennessey explains. "I think he finally had enough of picture taking and knocked a camera out of someone's hands."

Reports that a bouncer clamped his arm around Sheen's neck and dragged him outside the tavern are "exaggerated," insists Hennessey, who adds that the actor was "politely asked to leave. He was a perfect gentleman about it, and he shook the doorman's hand afterwards."

Sheen, 50, last made headlines in June after launching a brutal Twitter attack against his ex-wife Denise Richards on Father's Day, alleging that she called him a "deadbeat dad."
